We invite you to discover the intertwined destinies of the Characeae and the red mullet.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Since 1980, improvements in the quality of the water in Lake Geneva have led to the return of Characeae. Thanks to the reappearance of these aquatic plants, Red Nets have gradually re-colonised Lake Geneva. Until 1990, it was very rare to see them.
