Fête de la nature in La Tour-de-Peilz

Collaboratrice de l'ASL sur un stand parle du plastique dans le Léman

What is really hidden in the lake water? During this Scientific observation workshop, children are invited to explore the fascinating and often invisible world of Lake Geneva. In small groups, they will be able to observe Aquatic plants, small animals, and lake plankton and discover the richness of this ecosystem with explanations from specialists.

This interactive activity helps to better understand the lake's living world, often overlooked, while discussing the current challenges that threaten it. The workshop will notably address the question of plastic pollution and microplastics, and their impacts on this fragile ecosystem. A wonderful opportunity to learn by observing… and to better understand why it is essential to protect our lake.
