As part of the Heritage Days celebrations, the ASL, the commune of Nernier and the CPIE Léman-Chablais are organising a day devoted to Lake Geneva, focusing on the lake's fish, at the Ferme d'Antioche in Nernier.
Programme :
- 11h00 : " A Fish Called DesireA conference organised by INRAE (Institut National de la Recherche Agricole), in the presence of a professional fisherman.
At the same time: children's workshop on site - giant game of goose run by the CPIE - From 12.15pm Cooking fish and its secrets.
At the table: Assiette du Poisson Désir to be sampled on the spot (fee payable). - 13h45 : "Discovering the Pearls of Lake GenevaA lecture by Jean-Loïc Selo, a pearler from Saint-Gingolph.
And all day long:
- A photo exhibition by the Conservatoire National du Littoral, "Nos Lacs- Contrastes et Harmonies" and fish prints by JP. Loridant, Painter
- The stands of Couleurs du Lac partners (ASL, CPIE-Chablais) and professionals: Douvaine bookshop Entre Parenthèses, winegrower for wine and fish pairings, Les Perles du Léman...
