The ASL is pleased to announce the opening of the "Forêts sous-lacustre" exhibition, which will run from 6 June to 20 September 2024 at the Espace Léman, rue des Cordiers 2, 1207 Geneva.
This exhibition invites you to immerse yourself in the sub-lake forests of Lake Geneva. Majestic and essential to its ecosystem, they are nevertheless little-known. We invite you to plunge into this fascinating world to understand their importance, the life they shelter and the issues involved in preserving them.

What we do:
During the exhibition, we offer :
- Guided tours on Saturdays and Thursdays orgreen for all. Visites for organised groups on request
- Entertainment for classes of 3P to 8P (60 minutes)
- Activities for families (children aged 6 and over, recommended age 8) (90 minutes). These activities will declearn about the lake's plants and the crucial role they play in wildlife. They composesnt a guided tour of the exhibition and a workshop on the different plants of Lake Geneva. How can you tell the difference between a plant and a seaweed? What are the different types of plant found in Lake Geneva? Where do they grow? These are the questions that will beThese workshops cover.
