The aim of the green film festival is to show little-known films on topical environmental issues that receive less media coverage in a number of Swiss and French towns.

25 March at the Natural History Museum in Geneva, following the screening of the film Artifishal, Diane Maître, biologist and ASL collaborator, will be taking part in a discussion with Dr Alexandre Lemopoulos (post-doctoral researcher, Department of Genetics and Evolution at the UNIGE) and Christoph Ebener (President of the Geneva Federation of Fishing Societies).

Artifishal is a film about people, rivers and the fight for the future of wild fish and the environment that sustains them. It explores the fall of wild salmon to extinction, the threats posed by hatcheries and fish farms, and the continuing loss of our trust in nature.
