In collaboration with the ASL, Tablonomie is offering a series of four tasty, previously unpublished recipes featuring little-known fish from Lake Geneva. The catfish was introduced to Lake Geneva by humans and could pose a problem for biodiversity. So don't hesitate to eat it and reduce the pressure on fish stocks.
